10 affirmations for positivity

Changing our mindset requires consciously tending to our thoughts and belief systems. We are powerful co-creators of our reality and being mindful of which thoughts and beliefs we entertain and allow to dictate our happiness, success and results is a powerful practice. Practicing affirmations is a great way to enforce new, positive belief systems and thought patterns.

 

Integrating affirmations with meditation, breath work or a daily routine or ritual of any kind is a powerful way to practice. Practice writing your affirmations daily, and repeating them with full awareness at least three times with one hand on your heart, and one on your belly, connecting to their meaning and intention.
