Blueberry Pomegranate Protein Smoothie

This recipe has an extra special ingredient that elevates it from a vitamin and antioxidant packed smoothie to one that also offers you a healthy dose of protein! And no, we aren’t talking about protein powder... believe it or not it’s tofu! And don’t worry you can’t taste it at all! 
 

Ingredients: Serves 2 

Steps: 

  1. Add frozen berries, banana, and silken tofu into a blender.   
  2. Make Blueberry Pomegranate Hydra+ shot and pour into blender.  
  3. Blend ingredients until smooth.  
  4. Pour into cups and enjoy!
