Mindset plays an essential role in how we view and see the tasks ahead of us – as well as in how we see ourselves. To encourage healthy mindsets and forward thinking we wanted to launch a series in which we provide you with a prompt for every day of the week – starting with Monday. Write as much or as little as you want – what’s important is that you are taking the time to think and care for yourself.

Monday: What is something you want to accomplish this week? Big or small.
Tuesday: If you didn’t have to worry about money or people’s opinions, what would you do with your life?
Wednesday: What is something you are working on that you are excited about?
Thursday: Did you do something that you were proud of this week? What was it?
Friday: What or who were you grateful for this week?
Taking this small moment for yourself is a great way to refocus. You can write out your answers in a journal or the notes app on your phone – either way the goal with these prompts is simply to encourage positive thinking. Taking the initiative to answer the prompts is already a great start!
