Mindset plays an essential role in how we view and see the tasks ahead of us – as well as in how we see ourselves. To encourage healthy mindsets and forward thinking we wanted to launch a weekly series in which we provide you with a prompt for every day of the week – starting with Monday. Write as much or as little as you want – what’s important is that you are taking the time to think and care for yourself.
Monday: What is something you hope to accomplish this week?
Tuesday: How much have you changed since five years ago?
Wednesday: Describe the best compliment you’ve ever gotten.
Thursday: Describe one of your life goals.
Friday: What is something you accomplished this week?
Taking this small moment for yourself is a great way to refocus. You can write out your answers in a journal or the notes app on your phone – either way the goal with these prompts is simply to encourage positive thinking. Taking the initiative to answer the prompts is already a great start!
