Tri-colored Popsicles

Looking for a fun and nutritious treat for a summer barbeque?  

Look no further than our tri-colored popsicles. Using our Watermelon and Blueberry Pomegranate Hydra+ pods you can also make these fun layered pops! 

Pour one cup of greek yogurt into a small bowl and make a shot of Watermelon Vitapod. Mix the shot with the greek yogurt until fully combined. Then set the bowl aside.  

Pour another cup of greek yogurt into another small bowl.  Make a shot of Blueberry Pomegranate Vitapod. Mix the shot with the greek yogurt until fully combined. Then set the bowl aside.  Pour the last cup of greek yogurt into another small bowl and add a tablespoon of honey into the bowl and mix until combined.  

Scoop three tablespoons of the watermelon yogurt mixture into the bottom of the popsicle mold for all 10 molds. Set in the freezer for an hour.  Scoop three tablespoons of the yogurt mixture on top of the watermelon mix.  Add popsicle sticks into the two layers.  Set in the freezer for another hour.  Scoop three tablespoons of the blueberry pomegranate mix on top of the yogurt for the final layer. You can also add blueberries to this layer.  

Freeze for 4 hours.  Pop out those popsicles and enjoy! 

 

Ingredients - Serves 10

3 cups Greek Yogurt

1 Watermelon Vitapod

1 Blueberry Pomegranate Vitapod

1 tbsp raw honey

Blueberries (optional)

 

Directions

1. Pour one cup of greek yogurt into a small bowl.
2. Make a shot of Watermelon Vitapod.
3. Mix the shot with the greek yogurt until fully combined. Then set the bowl aside.
4. Pour another cup of greek yogurt into a small bowl.
5. Make a shot of Blueberry Pomegranate Vitapod.
6. Mix the shot with the greek yogurt until fully combined. Then set the bowl aside.
7. Pour the last cup of greek yogurt into another small bowl.
8. Add a tablespoon of honey into the bowl and mix until combined.
9. Scoop three tablespoons of the watermelon yogurt mixture into the bottom of the popsicle mold for all 10 molds.
10. Set in the freezer for an hour.
11. Scoop three tablespoons of the yogurt mixture on top of the watermelon mix.
12. Add popsicle sticks into the two layers.
13. Set in the freezer for another hour.
14. Scoop three tablespoons of the blueberry pomegranate mix on top of the yogurt for the final layer. You can also add blueberries to this layer.
15. Freeze for 4 hours.
16. Pop out those popsicles and enjoy!
