What Does The Warranty Cover?
When you purchase a lifetime warranty water bottle product (including tumblers and accessories),you can rest assured that it covers manufacturing defects such as leakage, insulation flaws, or rattling noise. Please note that any damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, and any modifications does not fall under manufacturing defects in the Vitapod warranty. Warranty claims are only approved if the product is purchased from Vitapod or an authorized reseller. Our lifetime warranty does not cover donated products. If your Vitapod Go Bottle was received as a gift, then you would have to get the order number used to purchase the gift in order to register for the lifetime warranty.With a lifetime warranty water bottle from Vitapod, your purchase is protected even before it gets to you — we’ll cover any damage during shipping. We understand that it's not ideal to eagerly await your new Vitapod Go Bottle only to find it damaged upon arrival. If your Vitapod Go Bottle was purchased through our website and then damaged during transit, please send us an email at hello@vitapodworld.com. If you purchased your bottle through another seller such as Amazon, please request a refund from Amazon and state the reason as "damaged during transit."You will be asked to ship your warranty product back to Vitapod at your own cost for our review prior to us shipping you a replacement product.
Please remember that our lifetime warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, by cleaning practices, by any modifications, or by wear and tear. We will provide an exact replacement for your bottle or accessory when a warranty claim is approved.
Because pods are intended for human consumption, they are not covered under warranty or eligible for return.
